Orders and Payments
A. Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed once we send a confirmation email or SMS after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
- The product is unavailable.
- Payment verification fails.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
B. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are accepted via secure gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue).
- We do not store card or payment information.
C. Cancellations (Customer-Initiated)
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Shipping and Delivery
- We currently deliver Pan-India.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
- Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch.
- Delays caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances (strikes, floods, etc.) are beyond our control, but we will assist you to track or resolve them.
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
We sell food products, so returns are limited to genuine issues — not taste preferences or minor cosmetic damage to packaging.
Still, because we believe in fairness, here’s how we handle it:
A. Eligible Returns
We accept return or replacement requests if:
- The product arrived damaged, leaked, or broken.
- You received the wrong or expired item.
- The seal was broken upon arrival.
In such cases, please:
- Email support@indiveda.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach your order ID and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days. If verified, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
B. Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns if:
- The product has been opened or used.
- The issue is based on personal preference (smell/taste/texture).
- The return window (48 hours) has expired.
- The damage occurred after delivery due to mishandling.
C. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment source only (bank, card, UPI, etc.).
D. Shipping for Returns
If applicable, we will arrange a reverse pickup. If not available, customers may ship the product to our warehouse, and shipping costs will be reimbursed if the claim is approved.
